Information you choose to send
The Next Move form collects your name, email, optional phone number and property address, contact preference, moving plans, timing, and notes. It also includes the page name and campaign tags from the page URL to help identify how you found the form. Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, medical information, or other sensitive documents.
Home value requests
The CMA form is hosted at blackironhomes.com. It collects your address, name, email, phone and optional property notes with your consent for CMA follow-up. Requests, contact information and reports are stored outside the public web directory and shown in a separate password-protected admin dashboard. Completed reports have private links and require a report code, except for two hours of access in the browser that submitted that request. Report links and the shared report code should only be shared with intended recipients.
Campaign measurement
This site keeps campaign tags in your browser’s session storage so a visit from a postcard or campaign can be associated with a later request. Only campaign labels and the entry page are attached; the dashboard counts requests and follow-up stages. Storage is limited to the browser session. We do not use an advertising pixel or send your contact details to an analytics service.
Who receives your request
Your request is saved in Daryl’s private dashboard and an email notification is attempted for follow-up about your real-estate plans. The website is hosted by InMotion Hosting, and consultation notifications are sent to Daryl’s Gmail inbox; the private dashboard is the record of saved requests. Sending a request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or authorize automated marketing texts. No inquiry information is displayed publicly on this site.
Technical information and retention
The form uses short-lived hashed network-address counters to limit spam. Those counters expire and are cleaned up as the form is used. Hosting and email providers may maintain operational logs. Inquiry emails remain in the business inbox for follow-up and recordkeeping; contact Daryl to ask about access, corrections, deletion, or ending follow-up, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Planning tools and listing links
The seller planning tool and proceeds calculator run in your browser. The optional preparation checklist stores only checked step identifiers in local storage on your device until you reset it or clear browser data. Those checks are not sent to Daryl. Public listing links take you to UtahRealEstate.com, which has its own privacy practices. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
